We help people gain strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

We help people move smarter, improve posture, and regain ideal muscular and fascial strength and length to support them in their chosen activities, whether those activities are participating in elite sports or being able to get up and down from the floor and lift grandchildren.

Pilates is a full-body, holistic system of movement that is scientifically proven to alleviate and prevent back pain. We use Pilates as a tool to help students fully inhabit and control their bodies and feel confident in their movements and posture.

Please book an Introductory Session so we can get to know you better!

Our Pilates Instructors are fully certified by an accredited Pilates training program or have completed accredited foundational training modules, done an in-house mentorship with Beyond Pilates, and are working toward completing a comprehensive certification. These instructors have also done continuing education in addition to their foundational training and enjoy focusing on certain areas such as pre-/post-natal training, scoliosis and spinal analysis, and neuromuscular activation with RedCord.

In addition to the above criteria, our Specialist Instructors have completed a minimum of 8,000 teaching hours and 300 continuing education hours. They have gained many skills and developed areas of specialty through their years of teaching and continuing education.

All of our instructors enjoy problem-solving with you and have many tools in their toolbox to address their clients' specific needs and physical conditions.
