Late Cancellation Policy
You will be charged in full for any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. This policy will be enforced.
If you are unsure of whether you will be able to attend a scheduled session, we advise that you cancel the session in advance. If it turns out you want to return to your originally scheduled time, you may TEXT us at (828) 237-2580 (preferred) or call us to see if the spot is still open.
There is no same-day rescheduling or changing your appointment.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will do our best to move your session to a more convenient day or time. Please note that we cannot reschedule appointments for the same day; if you contact us to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged for that missed session. If you need to make changes to your existing schedule, please TEXT us at (828) 237-2580, or call if you cannot text.
Semiprivate Cancellation Policy
If your duet partner needs to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, and you would like to have a private session, you may use two of your duet sessions from your package to pay for the private (unless you have a separate package of private sessions).
If your partner cancels less than 24 hours in advance or doesn’t show up for the session, they will be charged for their portion of the duet, and you will be charged only the semiprivate rate for your session. In essence, the partner who attends the lesson will not be penalized for the partner that cancels late or does not show.
Class Policy
Classes will run with a two-person minimum. If you are the only person signed up for a class, you will be notified and given the option to cancel or use two class credits for a discounted private session. Class sign-ups are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy as other services.
Instructor substitutions are sometimes necessary for us to provide consistent service. Substitutions do not exempt class registrants from our studio cancellation policies.
Expirations
Please purchase the appropriate number of sessions based on your availability to participate. From the date of purchase, packages will expire as follows (no exceptions):
Private, Semiprivate Pilates and Physical Therapy packages: 6 months
5-pack Equipment Class: 3 months
10-pack Equipment Class: 4 months
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be given on package purchases. An extension of the expiration period may be granted in cases of emergency or medical leave.
Attendance Policy
If you cancel more than 30% of your standing appointments in any 90-day period, you may be asked to forfeit your standing appointment time on the recurring schedule.
