If you’re a current client, you can visit the Online Store to purchase your sessions online. This will require you to create an account with MindBody — the software we use to handle scheduling and payments.

The short answer is YES! We take great care in tailoring all of our sessions to your unique needs, challenges, and goals. The intro session helps us get to know you better so that we can provide the best service possible.

Please note, our Cancellation Policy goes into great detail about cancellations. Late notice cancellations will still deduct one session from your pre-purchased package.
